Coffee table wiped down and free of clutter

Surfaces dusted and remote controls arranged

No visible trash or personal items

Upstairs Bedroom

Bed made tightly with white sheets

Pillows upright and centered; decorative pillows if available

Nightstands wiped down

No clutter or personal items on shelves or window ledges

Downstairs Bedroom

Bed made neatly with ivory sheets

Extra linens stored out of sight

Surfaces dusted

Curtains straightened and windows closed

Upstairs Bathroom

Towels hung neatly — use hunter green towels

Countertops wiped, faucet polished

Shower scrubbed (no soap scum or hair)

Toilet cleaned inside and out

Toilet paper restocked with 2 rolls minimum

Downstairs Bathroom

Towels hung neatly — use black towels

Mirror wiped, no streaks

Trash emptied

Floor swept and wiped

All surfaces dry and clear
